Mouse CRISPR genetically modified mice

In close collaboration with the GIGA-Mouse Facility, we can develop genetically modified mice. We mostly do gene deleting (KO) but also propose KI models (small mutations, epitope tagging).

We support all steps of a mouse model generation:

• Targeting strategy and design of the sgRNAs
• Electroporation into C57/Bl6 one cell mouse embryos
• Embryos transfer into pseudopregnant females
• Genotyping of the F0 pups
