The zebrafish is a powerful tool for in vivo functional characterization of gene function and validation of candidate genomic sequences. CRISPR system has demonstrated unprecedented efficacy and facility in enabling targeted gene disruption in zebrafish. We offer zebrafish projects in their totality (in collaboration with the GIGA Zebrafish Facility) by establishing zebrafish CRISPR mutant.
