Targeting strategy and design of the sgRNAs
Delivery of reagents and targeting of the cell line (as delivery of molecular tools is sometimes the biggest barrier of a CRISPR project, some flexible solutions are provided depending of the type of project, such as the use of viral vectors - Viral Vectors Platform)
Evaluation of the edits of the pool by ddPCR (Optional)
Isolation of edited cells by FACS and expansion of clonal cell lines (in collaboration with theGIGA-Flow Cytometry Platform)
Genotyping of selected clones to assess the edits (in collaboration with the GIGA-Genomics Platform)
